Bambu Lab TPU 95A HF is a flexible, tough filament for parts that need to yield, provide grip or absorb impacts. The 95A hardness class gives it a rubber-like feel with noticeable resistance to deformation. Its HF formulation is designed for higher material throughput during printing.

Possible parts include protective caps, buffers, grip covers and model tyres. Thin walls flex more readily than solid sections, so geometry helps determine the spring response and feel. Engineering prototypes can therefore demonstrate how a part behaves when touched, moved or installed.

TPU absorbs moisture and requires appropriate drying and filament feeding. TPU 95A HF is a different formulation from TPU for AMS. Rigid-flexible designs also require assessment of the interface between materials and the printing sequence.

Limitations and post-processing

Suitability depends on geometry, orientation, print profile and material condition. Drying, annealing, or washing and post-curing are material- and profile-specific. Material data do not certify a part.
