PEEK, PPS and multi-material printing are available at UNIKE. Alongside shape models, we support prototypes with elevated temperature requirements and parts that combine rigid and flexible functions.
PEEK and PPS
High-performance materials for demanding prototypes. The specific grade, operating temperature, loads and exposure are matched to the application.
Multi-material / 2K
Combine rigid structures with flexible functional areas. We agree combinations involving TPU or EPDM according to the part, joining concept and service conditions.

A sensor needs to fit inside its housing. A bracket needs to be easier to assemble. A grip needs a compliant surface and a rigid body. A purpose-designed functional model can help examine these questions. These are application examples, not published customer references.
Frequently asked questions
Can I order my prototype immediately?
Yes. Configurations supported by the calculator receive a direct price and can be added to your basket without a separate quotation round.
Which files can I upload?
STL, OBJ and STEP. The limit is 20 MiB per file; STL and OBJ also have a limit of 400,000 triangles. Check units and displayed dimensions in the configurator.
Does UNIKE offer PEEK and PPS?
Yes. PEEK, PPS and multi-material printing are available. If your combination is not yet supported by the calculator, we will discuss the manufacturing details with you.
