ENGINEERING 3D PRINTING

Printed plastic parts.
Designed for a purpose.

From an initial fit check to demanding functional parts: UNIKE combines 3D printing with engineering. PEEK, PPS and multi-material printing are part of our manufacturing offering.

Your application defines material and construction.

Prototypes and functional models

Evaluate space, geometry, handling and assembly early using a physical part.

Jigs and assembly aids

Position components, support workflows and simplify repeated operations.

Engineering parts

Develop brackets, housings, adapters and functional interfaces for their intended use.

PEEK, PPS and multi-material printing are available.

We focus on professional development and manufacturing tasks. Our capabilities include high-performance polymers such as PEEK and PPS, as well as multi-material parts. We consider the geometry, layer structure and service loads alongside the material itself.

Temperature and demanding exposure

Parts with elevated thermal or chemical requirements need a suitable material grade. Service limits are established for the specific material and application.

Rigid and flexible functions

Multi-material printing combines different functions within a part. Combinations involving PPS, TPU or EPDM depend on the joining concept, geometry and operating conditions.

A material name alone does not guarantee a specific temperature rating, service life or sealing performance. Tell us the operating conditions, exposure and critical surfaces so we can agree a suitable execution.

Details that make a difference.

Function and loads

What load acts on the part, in which direction and how often? What are the consequences of failure?

Fits and surfaces

Which dimensions and contact surfaces matter? Where is finishing or an engineering drawing required?

Manufacturing geometry

Wall thickness, overhangs, layer direction and access influence the result. We check build space and execution for the chosen process.

Instant pricing for direct ordering.

Upload STL, OBJ or STEP and configure your part. Supported combinations receive a direct price and can be added to the basket and ordered online. Discuss any specialist configuration that is not calculated automatically with us.

Frequently asked questions

Do high-temperature filaments such as PEEK and PPS need special printers?

The printer must be suitable for the specific filament grade. PEEK in particular requires high processing temperatures and a heated build chamber. For PPS, the requirements depend on the grade. Material drying and print settings must also be appropriate. We match the material and printing process to your part.

Can every part be priced automatically?

Instant prices apply to combinations supported by the configurator. Other materials, specific tolerances or complex connections require project-specific agreement.

Does a part include automatic functional or safety certification?

No. A printed part or geometry analysis does not replace application-specific evidence. Further engineering services can be agreed separately.
