Polymaker Fiberon PA6-GF25 is an engineering nylon containing 25% glass fibre by weight. It combines high stiffness and mechanical strength with substantial heat resistance in the specified post-processed condition. It is useful for parts that need to do more than communicate appearance.
Possible applications include fixtures, loaded brackets, tooling aids and functional prototypes. Glass fibre reinforcement supports stable geometry, while the nylon base suits engineering use. Mounts, guides and workpiece holders can therefore be evaluated before series production.
Moisture affects both stiffness and dimensions in PA6. A dry test specimen behaves differently from a conditioned component. Drying, any annealing step and the moisture conditions in service must therefore be considered together; values from different conditions are kept separate.

Limitations and post-processing
Suitability depends on geometry, orientation, print profile and material condition. Drying, annealing, or washing and post-curing are material- and profile-specific. Material data do not certify a part.
