eSUN ABS+ is a modified ABS filament for robust prototypes and engineering parts. It combines a firm feel with toughness, making it useful for designs that will be handled, assembled and mechanically loaded. Its formulation is intended to improve processing compared with conventional ABS.

Typical examples include enclosures, brackets, controls and assembly aids. These parts can be used to assess fastening points, installation conditions and how an assembly handles. Reduced warping is also useful when developing larger models.

A suitable printing profile and part orientation are essential for dependable results. We consider wall thickness, fastening points and loads across the printed layers. The specific ABS+ formulation is checked before manufacturing.
