Practical aids for repeated operations.

Positioning and assembly

Place, align or guide a component during a defined assembly step.

Tailored supports

Match contact areas to the workpiece. Flexible areas can support sensitive surfaces.

Gauges and templates

Compare assembly positions or geometry. Define the inspection task, references and accuracy requirements first.

These are examples of possible applications, not published customer projects or a general guarantee of measurement accuracy.

One workflow. Different material functions.

A jig often needs a rigid body and suitable contact surfaces. Multi-material printing enables functional combinations. PEEK and PPS are available for demanding material requirements; flexible areas and combinations involving TPU or EPDM are designed for the application.

Information that helps your assembly aid fit.

Workpiece and installation

Describe CAD geometry, support surfaces, fixing points and access.

Loads and environment

Specify hand forces, clamping loads, temperature, exposure and repetitions.

Process and tolerances

Agree the operation, critical references and acceptable deviations.

From CAD to the right execution.

Start in the configurator if you already have a CAD model. Supported configurations receive an instant price and can be ordered online. Contact UNIKE if the jig still needs designing or has specific requirements.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order an assembly aid directly?

Yes, if your CAD model and selected configuration are supported by the calculator. You see the price before ordering.

Can you help develop the jig?

Design and engineering support can be agreed separately. Describe the workpiece, operation, loads and critical dimensions.

Is a printed gauge automatically calibrated?

No. The inspection task, accuracy and any required calibration must be specified and demonstrated separately.
