Kexcelled THE K11 PEEK CF10 is a PEEK compound with 10% carbon fibre. Its reinforcement supports high stiffness, limited deformation and a matte engineering finish. It is intended for functional parts whose mechanical and thermal requirements exceed the capabilities of common filaments.

Possible parts include brackets, fixtures, lightweight structural components and engineering demonstrators. Ribs, cavities and load-appropriate sections can help optimise weight. Replacing an existing metal component depends on its loads, temperature and fastening method.

Fibre orientation, layer structure and temperature control affect the finished properties. The abrasive material requires wear-resistant printing components and a high-temperature profile. This CF10 formulation is kept distinct from unfilled PEEK and more heavily reinforced CF20 grades.

Limitations and post-processing

Suitability depends on geometry, orientation, print profile and material condition. Drying, annealing, or washing and post-curing are material- and profile-specific. Material data do not certify a part.
