It combines a high strength-to-weight ratio with heat resistance. Its behaviour in fire also makes it relevant where smoke generation and flammability are design considerations.<\/p><p>Potential uses include housings, covers, brackets and complex functional components. The natural grade has a beige to amber appearance. A suitable design can integrate several mounting or guiding functions into a single printed part.<\/p><p>Processing uses dried filament and an appropriate high-temperature profile. Load direction, layer structure and operating temperature all matter during design.
